Thank you for celebrating Cam with us

Thank you so much for all of your support on Friday and this past week for #camsbirthdaydrinks and the launch of The Cameron Day Charitable Trust. We have been absolutely blown away with your kind comments, engagement and generosity.

As of Thursday 21 July, we have raised over £2,000 for The CDCT through #camsbirthdaydrinks, but not only that, you’ve seen Cam’s story on BBC Look North, BBC East Midlands, you’ve followed us on Facebook (over 600) and Instagram (over 200), and engaged with posts from trustees on LinkedIn and Twitter too. We have had over 1,000 unique visitors to our site too, which is incredible.

Everything you have so generously donated will be spent on helping creative young people studying Graphic Design in the East Midlands achieve their potential, in Cam’s name.

Our next steps are to receive a registered charity number in the coming weeks (we have applied but the process can take months), then finalise our priorities for the year ahead, and plan more events to raise the profile of The CDCT, our mission and Cam himself. We have been blessed with some wonderful suggestions and offers of help and support.
